THE MYSTERY OF THE CROSS

The communion service which holds every first Sunday of the month, is a constant reminder of the un-falling love of God who gave his son in our stead for our sins. The message today was titled “THE MYSTERY OF THE CROSS”. In the message, the Head Pastor, Pastor Cosfinney Udoka explained the history of the Christian cross, noting that the cross itself has no power on its own. This is because the cross before the death of Jesus was a symbol of shame, but after the death of our Lord Jesus, the cross now represents the greatest sacrifice man has ever known. Therefore when we see the cross we shouldn’t see the image of the man on it because that is not Christ but we should remember the power behind the cross.

Impossibility is a mindset. Sunday First and Second Service.

We were blesses with a wonderful and mind-blowing message from the servant of the Lord Pastor Cosfinney Udoka  titled, "Impossibility is a mindset."

Bible verses were taken  Luke 1 vs. 37, Gen. 1 vs. 8, 11 vs. 1-8, 39 vs. 1-4, 49 vs. 1-4, James 1 vs. 8, Romans 12 vs. 2, 7 vs. 23.

Pastor Cosfinney noted that the mind of a human being is one of his /her greatest asset. “Every invention we see today,  first existed in the mind of an individual. Whatever you can imagine, you can become and achieve. The human mind cannot be exhausted; you cannot change a man beyond his mindset. God cannot work with you until He first of all works on your mind. When He captures your mind, He can capture anything other thing that concerns you. You cannot engage with Him outside your mind. If there is anything you need to invest in, it is your mind. Once you connect with your mind, your freedom comes.”

“Mindset,” he said. “is simply what you see and believe about yourself, who you believe you are. It can also be described as the level of limitation one has placed over his life and ability. It is the only hindrance a man has.”

Don’t be angry with the Store keeper. Wednesday service

The midweek service was indeed a blessed meeting. Wednesday’s message was titled, “Don’t be angry with the Store keeper
During the service the Head Pastor, Pastor Cosfinney Udoka noted that the giving of tithes and offerings is a must for every child of God.

Making reference to the book of Malachi 3: 8-10, he noted that everyone who does not give his or her tithe and offering in church is a thief
He went on to say that we should not be concerned with what the store keeper does with the store but we should focus on, and obey the store owner  (God). Because God blesses those who invest in the store house of heaven not minding who the store keeper is.

During the service the Head Pastor, Pastor Cosfinney Udoka noted that prosperity is not gotten through prayer only, but through principles, and not by mere operating an activity-driven life.  That God blesses systems and not necessarily the activity.
He went on to say that God is a respecter of systems and principle, that when God sees principles in a man, He will respond to him.
