INVESTING YOUR BROKEN PIECES. WOMAN TO WOMAN CONFERENCE 2013.

Day two of the Woman To Woman conference started with intercessory prayers led by Mrs. Nneka Ezedum. The congregation where also moved with inspiring songs from the Choir and Min. Uche.
Pastor Kay Benson Akhigbe challenged the congregation with a short but powerful message titled; “Investing your broken pieces.” The bible reading was taken from the book of Mark 14:3-8
During the course of the message she brought to the awareness of the congregation the fact that everyone’s destiny is not the same, so no one should wish to be like someone else.
She also noted that when Mary in Mark 14:3, entered the room, everyone expected nothing special from her. Everyone saw her carrying a box as she walked in but no one knew what she was carrying until she broke the box.
“It is until you crush what you are carrying inside, you will not be noticed” she noted.
She pointed out that the big question in today’s world is: “How can women be liberated?” “The answer,” she said, is “representation. If you want a change in this world, you should be the change you want to see. Nobody is holding a woman’s right. Stop clamoring for women liberation. Stop explaining why you cannot get to the top.”
